I did my Ph.D. in Bio-molecular Nanotechnologies from University of Salento, Lecce Italy. The research activity of our group was extended over a large range of organic and inorganic magnetic materials for Tunnel Magneto-resistance in bio-sensing applications to high dielectric and ferroelectric materials for electronic applications. My research interest is particularly in preparing thin films of these materials using different PVD and CVD techniques and characterizing them for electronic and dielectric applications. During my PhD, I have gained valuable experience from fabrication to the characterization of thin films and further interpretation of the results obtained during characterization. As part of my role as post-doctorate at CNR-Nano Lecce, Italy, I co-supervised the thesis for master students.
