I am a freshly graduated PhD Researcher from University of Salento, Lecce Italy where I was pursuing my PhD in Physics. I was working with CNR-Nano Lecce, where our group was engaged in pursuing research in different topics which includes Magnetic Tunnel Junctions for biosensing applications, High dielectric materials, colloidal quantum dots for photovoltic applications and study of nano-crystals for hybrid solar cells.
My research interest is particularly in preparing thin films of these materials using different PVD and CVD techniques and to perform magnetic, Electronic and dielectric characterization for their respective applications. During my PhD I have gained valuable experience from fabrication to characterization of thin films and further interpretation of the results.
I hold a Master’s degree in Solid State Physics from Center of Excellence in Solid State Physics, where I had studied subjects related to Experiments in Solid State Physics which included Spintronics and Electronic devices theory and fabrication, as well as thin film preparation and optical and magnetic properties of solids.
